5.1 No Medical Liability We act as a facilitator for medical services and are not responsible for the outcomes, complications, or malpractice associated with medical procedures or treatments.
5.2 Travel Risks Springmed HealthIT Solutions Pvt Ltd does not assume responsibility for travel-related issues such as delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by airlines, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
5.3. Force Majeure We are not liable for any delays or service disruptions resulting from events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or regulatory changes.
